This site is run by Oso Hospitality Group SL, trading as Oso Izakaya, CIF B25930140, registered at Avinguda de l'Alfinach 12, 46530 Puçol, València, Spain. You can reach us at hello@osoizakaya.com.

What this site collects

Nothing. There are no analytics, no cookies, no tracking and no forms on this site. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so no request about you leaves it at all.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address of anyone who visits. That is ordinary for any website and we do not use those logs to identify anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Write tohello@osoizakaya.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, ataepd.es.

Changes

This site is a holding page while we build the restaurant. When the full site opens, with online ordering and bookings, this page will be rewritten to cover those and dated again.
